The following conditions MUST be met for the live delivery guarantee:
You must be home to receive your delivery. Unless we are notified at the time of your purchase to add a "Hold at Post Office" notice to the shipment.
We do NOT guarantee live worm delivery if your shipment is left on a mailbox or porch. They MUST have someone there to receive them. Please, let your postal worker know you are expecting a live worm shipment. (This will also avoid their surprise when they have to deliver them and they MAY make it a point to deliver them sooner in the day. We can't guarantee that though.)
There are NO REFUNDS on a dead delivery. We will REPLACE your shipment, at our cost, ONE TIME.
We must receive an email (ab@abvermi.com) or notification of a dead delivery within 2 hours of the delivery. Please include pictures or video as proof. You can file a claim on our "DOA Claims" page.
If your shipping address has changed after your order was placed, this live worm deliver guarantee is void.
