Dead Worm Shipments

If you had a dead shipment, please email us at "claims@abvermi.com" IMMEDIATELY.

Be sure to add your Name and Order Number (ex: #AB-00117) with the email so we can verify the order and get started on the claim.

All claims must happen within 1 hour of delivery. Once we receive your claim, we will email you asking for picture or video proof. We will ship a replacement order, at our cost ONE TIME, to you on our next shipping day. No refunds will be given, no returns will be accepted.
